Payment and fees

Full payment must be made before the start of the desired package.
The student is responsible for any additional bank fees, interest charges, finance charges, overdraft charges, or other fees.
Fees are subjected to possible changes, whereby you will be notified in advance.

  • The Payment for classes will be transferred via PayPal, a safe and secure way to pay by credit or debit card or by a bank transfer.
  • The lessons are paid in advance and the funds stay relevant in the case of changing the day or the time of your classes.

  • Cancellation and change policy permits changes 24 hours in advance by email or WhatsApp according to the availability of the teacher.

  • Alterations to the class time and date must be made more than 24 hours in advance otherwise the corresponding amount will be fully charged and non-refundable.

  • No-shows will also be fully charged and non-refundable.

  • After closing the transaction for the package you have purchased you will receive a confirmation of your payment by email.

All packages purchased expire 6 months after the day of payment.

Group Classes

The payment for group classes is made per month.

Holidays and Sick Days – Teacher

National holidays and vacation for both student and teacher should be agreed in advance for the whole school year (autumn & spring) or for the duration of the package. If for whatever reason the teacher is not able to attend a class, there will be no charge for the student and the payment may be used for a future class. If a refund is preferred to may be given, under reasonable banking conditions.
